Big News for Lynwood Goldens!!

TESS (Morningstar Baroness O' Lynwood Can CDX SH WCX ***) came away from the June 2019 Erie Dog Show with a Specialty Winners Bitch BOS win over 42 bitches for 5 points plus a second Winners Bitch win for an additional 5 points.  This girl already has a Qualifying field trial win beating out 16 other dogs plus three Master passes. Holy moly, this little girl can do it all and we love having her as a companion in our home.  Not only is she talented and smart, she has personality to die for.

Tess will be bred in late summer or fall 2019 to equally awesome Wynwood's Over The Top ** (Topper) with puppies going to loving performance or hunting homes.  We are very excited about this breeding.  To read more about breeding plans, please click here or on the puppies above.

BARON (Can CH NMH GMH GMOTCH Sterre Texas Tycoon at Lynwood Am MH CCA ***/ Can WCX ** VCX), Tess's dad, as well as being a Canadian Show Champion, Grand Master Hunter and Grand Master Obedience Trial Champion with multiple High in Trial scores, is also a Canadian National Master Hunt Test qualifier twice over. Also, in addition to receiving a Reserve Certificate of Merit at the Golden Retriever Club of America National Specialty Qualifying field trial in 2017, in 2018 he consistently placed in Canadian Qualifying trials with second, third and fourth place ribbons in consecutive trials.  So proud of this boy and our achievements.  He is an amazing talent and a wonderful companion.

NOTE:  It is never the colour of a Golden Retriever that determines its temperament and working ability or its health and potential longevity.  Instead the quality of a Golden Retriever will be determined by the care the individual breeder has taken, by adhering to the standard when breeding, as well as by doing careful pedigree research and screening for soundness of mind and body.  To read more, go to the following link on the Golden Retriever Club of Canada's website: www.grcc.net/?q=node/549

Responsible dog breeders work hard to produce healthy, socialized puppies, interview potential buyers, do home checks, and remain resources for buyers for the lives of those dogs.  Learn what to look for when searching for your next pet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxd1Ce0j8Vw&feature=youtu.be
